Tradeworkstation provides analytics and journaling tools for informational purposes only. We are not a broker, financial advisor, or registered investment advisor. Trading involves significant risk. Any information or analytics provided by the platform should not be construed as investment advice or an invitation to trade. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.
3. User Obligations
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: reverse engineering the platform, attempting to circumvent security measures, or using the platform to transmit any harmful code.
4. Intellectual Property
The Tradeworkstation platform, including its software, designs, and proprietary algorithms, is the property of Tradeworkstation and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to your trading data. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
5. Service Availability and Limitation of Liability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We are not liable for any losses resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, or data inaccuracies.
In no event shall Tradeworkstation be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or trading losses, arising out of your use of the platform.
6. Subscription and Cancellation
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to our current billing policy.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our discretion, without notice, for any violation of these terms or for any conduct that we deem harmful to the platform or other users.
